HOW WE WORK

SELECTION

The choice of quality raw materials is what distinguishes the nougat of L’antica Grimaldi. Sugar, honey and dried fruit strictly made in Italy are supplied by producers who we believe are consistent with our corporate values ​​and in particular for the quality of the product.

PROCESS

To create the nougat, white, classic and frothy, and with a perfume irresistible, just a few simple ingredients are enough to leave thicken for seven hours in machines that make us return to 1950s, they release all the authentic flavor of tradition.
